Melopure takes the payment for every product it sells, so your bank shows melopure.com (or MELOPURE) and not the name of the product you picked.
1 payment, nothing after
There's no subscription and nothing renews. If you added an extra item at checkout, it shows as a second payment on the same day, and that's all.
Doesn't look right? Email us first
Send us your order number. Within 1 working day we refund you, send a replacement or fix the address. A bank dispute takes weeks and freezes your order in the meantime.

Not right for you? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the card you paid with.
